    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, in the beginning overview page in the app it shows I didn't install it yet, so I hit install it again, let it go for an hour, "connecting to carrier" and still nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Logged in on the laptop, the QR code is there on front page, used that. Still spinning for an hour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Submitted a ticket, I never did get an email with QR code&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Setting up a new device iPhone 15, purchased a new eSIM on the PM app and got the code on old device, pushed the bottun activate sim, spinning and waited and waited, and waited, rebooted, and still nothing. In the settings i can use a qr code, how do i get rhat&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;.the app should have installed the eSIM on your end phone.&amp;nbsp; Check Settings -&amp;gt; cellular again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is not there, try to uninstall the PM app on the new phone , reboot and reinstall and rebuy the eSIM again (use email to receive 2FA if needed.&amp;nbsp; You can ask PM for the extra money you spent in this re-purchase&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can i not get a QR code?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it also says i can enter it manually, SM-dp +address, activation code, confirmation code&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM might not send you the QR code if rebuy.&amp;nbsp; They supposed to send QR&amp;nbsp; for New activation but the email seems to be hit and miss too&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why can't you just install the PM app on new phone and let the app handle the installation??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
