If you require technical assistance like the request you've asked for, you must create a ticket with the chatbot in the bottom right corner of the page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An option you can try is by resetting your network settings.       <description>&lt;P&gt;The VoLTE option is hidden and enabled by default for supported devices which is iPhone 8 and newer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you recently port over to Public? If so, it could be the case of an incomplete port.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
