      <title>disable auto pay</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My mother recently passed away and I am trying to remove her auto pay, it comes off of my credit card, but when I try and log in to remove it, I can't get the code because I don't have the phone.&amp;nbsp; Is there a way to do this?&amp;nbsp; I also don't have a 4 digit pin to do it by phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/622709"&gt;@PeterBob&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you still can't log in to disable autopay you can check your card statement for the last autopay charge and count 30 days forward for the next renewal date and put your card on hold from midnight to noon on that date. Payment will fail and the account will be suspended. It will be deactivated and canceled 90 days later.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
