      <title>Transferring Esim From Smashed Device</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I &lt;STRONG&gt;NEED&lt;/STRONG&gt; to 'transfer' my eSim from my smashed device - to my other device. I have tried doing that &lt;STRONG&gt;HOWEVER&lt;/STRONG&gt;, Public Mobile keeps sending the &lt;STRONG&gt;CONFIRMATION CODE&lt;/STRONG&gt; to &lt;STRONG&gt;CONFIRM&lt;/STRONG&gt; the &lt;STRONG&gt;TRANSFER&lt;/STRONG&gt; to the phone number that is &lt;STRONG&gt;LINKED&lt;/STRONG&gt; to the &lt;STRONG&gt;BROKEN CELL PHONE&lt;/STRONG&gt; (the very same number that i am needing to transfer over)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.... &lt;STRONG&gt;HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CONFIRM THE TRANSFER WHEN THE PHONE'S SMASHED INTO LITTLE, TEENY, TINY PIECES?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have asked customer support and was told to buy a physical SIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I already have a physical SIM with Public Mobile in the device I am currently using. So it needs to be an eSIM.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/618164"&gt;@KarmaSutra&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i don't remember there is ever a "confirm transfer" prompt as eSIM cannot be transferred.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You need to buy a new one&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but are you talking about you cannot receive 2FA code on the phone?&amp;nbsp; If it is the case, click Didn't receive code and Resend code on that screen, then choose Send Email or Send Voice Message to receive the code on email or via voice mail.&amp;nbsp; If you choose voice message, you just need to call yourself from another phone to retrieve the code via voicemail&lt;/P&gt;</description>
