      <title>Issue with my service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just got my phone back from AppleCare and I’m a long-time Public Mobile subscriber. After inserting my SIM card, my phone shows “SOS” and I have no service. I’ve tried everything—resetting network settings, airplane mode, restarting the phone, removing and reinserting the SIM—but nothing works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At first I thought it was an Apple issue, but they told me to contact my service provider. Public Mobile says nothing is wrong on their end. My uncle originally set up the SIM, so the account is under his email, and now I can’t log in to the account either. I’ve been missing important calls and messages since yesterday. I really need help with this as soon as possible&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Go to Settings&amp;gt;General&amp;gt;Transfer or Reset iPhone&amp;gt;Reset&amp;gt;Reset Network Settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once reset, if you have home wifi. You need to re-enter it again to connect to your home wifi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
