      <description>&lt;P&gt;Bought a eSIM for my mother in law who was visiting from overseas. She left and the eSIM was on her phone. I need to cancel the subscription as my credit card is getting charged. However when I click my account - I don’t have full access. It says a 6 digit code is being sent to the phone but as my MIL has left - I don’t have that code. I can’t seem to connect with Public Mobile to resolve this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
