Invalid Account Number - Must Be 13 Numeric Digits

Trying to enter my old provider account number and saying it has to be 13 digits when it is only 9 from Virgin Mobile. I could put the IMEI but says it can slow the process so would rather not do this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
