      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just changed my plan from a Can US to Can US Mex and now I have no data. The renewal date was this morning and my payment went through. I made no other changes. I’ve been with Public Mobile 10 years. I have restarted the device multiple times and removed the SIM. Nothing is working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;but voice calls are working? only data is the issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try Reboot phone and Reset network settings.&amp;nbsp; And make sure mobile data limit is disable&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last, ask PM to check.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
