Hiii! I want to change my subscription but I have already been charged for my current one I want you select (change on renewal ) so my question is that while I wait will the monthly amount for the new plan change? It will it stay the same? Like surprise charge? Right now I pay 29 and the new plan is 29 too i don’t want to lose my current plan. So if I hit on change on renewal on this new $29 plan is there possibility the monthly amount might change? And on renewal I would be charged a new amount. I don’t think so I’m making sense but I hope I am.

hi @Azita1

the "Change on Renewal" option is to assure you complete the current cycle with the current plan (old plan). So, it is ok to use Change on Renewal to after the end of this cycle, then it will change to the new $29 plan as you wish
