Hi , I am already 3 years with public mobile . And I am using plan with small data and small amount minutes . Can you offer something cheaper but with more data and talking minutes . Because my husband today took the some plan from Public mobile and they offer him unlimited talk and text and 1 gb data for 20 dollars

Unfortunately your only options as an existing subscriber are the plans available under the “change subscription” tab

Hi @Arina22,

I suggest that you log into your account and view the plans that are offered to you. It is possible that you have some interesting plans available but you just need to consider switching from your existing plan to a newer one that meets your needs!

if you only need more minutes of talk time...consider getting the 500 minutes of Canada wide calling add-on for $5. Those minutes will stay in your account until you use 'em up...even if that takes several months or more.
