    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Laura, I had to submit a private ticket via the chatbot in order for them to resolve it. My account is being reset in the next 2-4 days for me to have access.&amp;nbsp; You will have to do this during Work hours for them to work on it and the response was really quick once I submitted the ticket.&amp;nbsp; Yes it was really frustrating.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to get into my account however I cannot get past a "let's complete your activation" - "let's resume" request.&amp;nbsp; I did not purchase a new Sim card and my phone is working fine.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I think this might be a potential fraud.
