      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/620645"&gt;@Bianco&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;your PM service will only work if you have a Canada US Mexico plan.&amp;nbsp; If you have such plan, enable Roaming data and let the network connect to one of the Mexico roaming carriers, usually AT&amp;amp;T or Telcel.&amp;nbsp; But if you don't have such a plan, there is no roaming add-on to buy , so you won't be able to use PM services there, you will have to use local data sim or eSIM&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/620645"&gt;@Bianco&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just an advise, please note that if you change to a Canada US Mexico plan, you most likely won't be able to change back to your current plan after.&amp;nbsp; Just it does not work it just to change for this trip&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you are planning to keep this plan after the trip, then you can make the plan change yourself.&amp;nbsp; Login to My Account, go to Change Subscription page and choose the plan you want.&amp;nbsp; Use the option "Change on Renewal" if your trip is after your next renewal date. If your trip is before the next renewal date, change it on the day before your trip and use" Change Now"&amp;nbsp; option to make the change and that will trigger the immediate plan change on that day&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can send and receive messages and you'll be able to use data as long as you enable Roaming in the settings on your cell. Make sure your cell is connected to the better of Telcel, AT&amp;amp;T and T-Mobile or Movistar. You won't need to contact Public Mobile at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
