      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got purchase confirmation but no eSIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i asked customer service they say they can’t generate eSIM for me. Need to buy physical SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i legit joined because of their free eSIM deal&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/620161"&gt;@Jackjack888&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the app usually will install the eSIM for you after you reach the end of the subscription.&amp;nbsp; Check your Settings-&amp;gt;Cellular and see if the eSIM already there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and even you need to buy physical sim, it's ok, you can buy first, activate the account and change it back to eSIM after.&amp;nbsp; And remember to ask PM support to reimburse the extra cost&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The issue is the option is already stuck on eSIM I don’t think I can activate it still even with a SIM. I bought the subsc Through my ipad so I was expecting an activation email. Should I give it more time to see if the activation email comes?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nope on iPhone I just made the purchase on iPad. But I don’t have the QR code confirmation email and only receipt and I asked customer service and they say they can’t generate code. But someone on this community said they asked them for a ckde&lt;/P&gt;</description>
