      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;eSIM are only free IF you've purchased one before. If this is your first eSIM, then there is a $5 fee. Moving forward, they will be free. If this eSIM is a replacement and you were charged, click the chatbot in the bottom right corner to create a ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
