Hi guys,

i am not seeing the option of "redeeming 15 points on Lower Your Bill" on my account. My account has more than 15 points but not allowed me to use for bill credit

i see the this message available https://myrewards.publicmobile.ca/en/how-it-works

"By redeeming 15 points on Lower Your Bill, you'll receive a $15 credit on your next bill. Lower Your Bill redemptions will be processed and visible in My Account within 24 hours."

@mkannuri That’s because it’s now 20 points for $20 off bill no more $15 redemption:(

but redeeming add-on is better value

for now i am thinking of redeeming so that i am free to port out when there is any other better plans comes during the black friday instead of loosing them.

i do have an excellent plan from the freedom $35 for 75GB CAN/USA/MEX+10GB Roam beyond recurring and dont see such from public mobile though..
