    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - I first got the $35 10 gb plan. Then a few days after I saw that public was offering $30 30 gb plan so I changed my subscription to start immediately. Then I realized the full $35 credit was not applied and only $10. So now I have paid $25 plus $30 so $55 for one months plan. How do I contact public to give me a refund?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Changing immediately will result in another charge yes. Therefore it was a choice you made. Not 100% sure they will refund you however they may credit your account instead. If so, say yes to that. They should be flexible to new customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you can log in to your account, use the chatbot in the bottom right corner to create a ticket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
