      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can black list them all you want. All prepayed carriers are all the same when your payment runs out service stops.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They held my number hostage. Every other prepaid service I've ever used has still allowed system text messages from the provider so they are not all the same.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And public mobile didn't let me renew at any of their lower rate non data text only subscriptions, despite advertising it, I would get logged out when clicking the subscribe now button. Garbage.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
