I have used muskbird on occasion...I find they're fast and a bit cheaper user fees than others.

but you can use Paypal on some of those voucher site, maybe?

and for voucher, cheapest fees to buy from Muskbird.com, and they think they have direct pay into your PM account option. Ding.com is another cheaper one. Recharge.com charges the most service fess

Recharge.com is a reputable source and customers have used without issues. As mentioned, muskbird.com offers same service, but with lower fees. I believe Paypay can be used with both sites.

For future reference, if you debit card is VISA debit or Mastercard debit, you can use with Public mobile and other options is to purchase a payment voucher in store. Shoppers drug marts are everywhere and offer payment vouchers.
