      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why didn't my data renew when my plan renewed on the 23rd.... the one time I actually use a bunch of data and it doesn't renew and now im 5 days in to a new monthly plan and im lucky if 7g of data will last me till Dec 23rd.. wth 🤦‍&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":female_sign:"&gt;♀️&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/291901"&gt;@Quinnst&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;for the wrong data amount showing,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;it could be just a browser cache problem.&amp;nbsp; Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for you cannot use the data, make sure you turn off Data Limit on you phone, then try Reset Network Settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
