    <description>&lt;P&gt;Im porting from Rogers. It seems successful since Rogers account shows "cancelled" and Rogers sim card is not working any more. However after inserting pm sim card and rebooting, my phone shows no service. Cant make phone calls or send text msg. Is this a porting issue or set up issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
