      <description>&lt;P&gt;first, your PM account must be active.&amp;nbsp; And&amp;nbsp;go back and ask Chatr first. Ask them to resend the the porting request&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you need PM to check if they reply the porting request, open them a ticket&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
