Yes I guess I'll need to order a new phone. It's annoying because I only buy new phones when the old one is slow and glitchy. This one works fine. Except I can't receive calls lol kind of key.

It's weird that I can make calls

I am no longer able to receive incoming calls. Thankfully voice-mail is still working so I can call them back... .

They don't register as incoming,, missed or declined. There is no log of the call; I will just see vm notification pop up.

I am restarting the phone after I post this.

Is there anything else I can do? Or is it all 5G now like they warned us in March?

It's a samsung galaxy s10. I think SIM is 5-7 years old

Thanks!

If it was a VoLTE issue, I don't believe she could call out either. I think she should try her sim in a different cellphone to see if things improve.

@Karyathena1

don't buy a new Public Mobile sim card...they don't usually die (unless abused). The sim card you have will work on any currently offered plan within Public Mobile. Try it in a different cell, is my suggestion.
