Did you purchase the correct add-on?

Are you in Canada or the US currently?

If you are in the US you need the $30 bundle US roaming.

You can text from Canada anywhere in the world free.

To call US ffrom Canada you purchase the $15.00 1000 minutes in Canada long distance.

If you purchased the correct one try restarting your phone.

What make and model of your phone?
If your have an older phone. You need VoLTE to make calls but not required for texting. Check the IMEI of your phone to see if it is compatible.

If your phone is compatible then check if roaming is enabled and manual connect to AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon.
