      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased a physical SIM card thru the PM website a few days ago. (This is to replace my wife's card as her iPhone says it can't find the SIM card anymore. My wife is also a PM subscriber.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My statement shows that the payment went thru, but I was informed that there might be an issue getting the physical card to me.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/376528"&gt;@JossRicher1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It can take up to 10 business days for physical SIM cards to arrive. &amp;nbsp;I will escalate your post for CSA_PM to check the status of your order. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SIM cards rarely break down. &amp;nbsp;You might want to try to open up the SIM card tray and re- insert to see if that makes things work again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P.S.
