When something goes wrong with porting, user is unable to call/text. If your sim is just not being recognized, this is another problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you log into your public mobile account? If yes, does everything look alright? Is your phone unlocked or locked&amp;nbsp;to telus/koodo?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To fix the porting issue, you will need to send a private message to the &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Moderator_Team&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt; with your account info. And at the same time they can take a look at your account and see if there is nothing else wrong.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So i have activated my sim card but haven't been able to use it yet. It seems that the service is still unavailable. I do think i provided the wrong information for my transfer from chatr, is there any way i can rectify this? Thanks!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If its an android phone, make sure network type is selected to LTE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
