      <description>&lt;P&gt;At September, I was being charged for $30 since I was not in Canada. And I get a $30 credit back for next purchase. Also, I delete my pay card and the auto payment to avoid another charge. But today, when I wanna check for plans and renewal, I found that this system was automatically use my $30 credit for another month. I wasn’t use anything on this month too cuz I’m not in Canada at October&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;.
