It's a new Public Mobile account..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;It’s &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;not a new Public Mobile number/phone&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;This line &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;was already active on Public Mobile&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt; and the TELUS number ###-###-####&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;has already been successfully ported&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;The issue is &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;device/eSIM provisioning after moving between phones&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;. A previous iPhone transfer left &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;multiple TELUS/Public Mobile profiles&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt; on the iPhone 12.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;We removed all old TELUS profiles, and now there is &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;only ONE Public Mobile eSIM left on the iPhone 12&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;, but the phone stays &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;SOS / No Service&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;We tried airplane toggle, restart, reset network settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;We attempted a new eSIM install earlier; it gave &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;“Unable to Activate eSIM”&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; and was deleted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What I believe is need:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; re-provision / re-issue a fresh Public Mobile eSIM tied to this iPhone 12 and confirm the &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;EID/ICCID is linked to this number, or resend a QR&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;code to be read by another phone device&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if you need any more additional details.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/617677"&gt;@Angel_Gzz&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;each eSIM is go to be used once and you need to return a new eSIM if the current one fails&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login to PM app and rebuy from &lt;STRONG&gt;Account &amp;gt; Purchase sim card &amp;gt; eSIM&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For login 2FA, if you cannot receive the code via SMS, click &lt;STRONG&gt;Didn't receive code&lt;/STRONG&gt; or &lt;STRONG&gt;Resend Code&lt;/STRONG&gt; and choose &lt;STRONG&gt;Send email&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Since you have multiple esim showing, best to delete them first, and let the app install the new one&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the new PM esim installed, make sure it is enabled (or Turn on this line is toggled on), reset network settings once and test again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
