      <title>Data Disappearing Fast, please help</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to trouble shoot my wife's phone to figure out why her data is disappearing at an alarming rate.&amp;nbsp; She has been using public mobile on a 1gb plan for years now, and is well aware of the issues and limitations related to data use.&amp;nbsp; So far she has not gone over the 1gb limit &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;ever&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;, but now is already more than double the limit, using up the "bonus" data she received some time ago.&amp;nbsp; Same with last month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is some background info:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Running on an iPhone:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- She reset data stats at beginning of billing period November 5&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- Personal hot spot confirmed off&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- i Cloud Drive and backup confirmed off&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- WIFI assist confirmed off&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;iPhone shows 800 Mb cellular usage shown Nov 5-25 &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- Usage on Public Mobile for the same period 2.13 GB&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- subscription cycle is Nov 6 Dec 6&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- Under usage breakdown in Public Mobile App and on-line:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; -- Subscription usage is is .74 GB / 1 GB and &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; -- 1.4/2 GB under one time data bonus&amp;nbsp; (shouldn't the Subscription be used up first?)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;- WIFI is always used when ever possible to minimize data use.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Went through data usage of each app with nothing unusual shown.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;- High and medium bandwidth apps are disabled for cellular data&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So my question is why is the i-phone reporting what I consider normal and expected cellular usage, but public mobile shows excessive usage.&amp;nbsp; This happened last month as well as this month and all of the "bonus" data that was provided is being eaten up by something that is not reporting on the i-phone.&amp;nbsp; I had to wait to post this till this month so that I could reset the cellular data counter.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please help!&amp;nbsp; Public Mobile has been perfect, until now...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Leo (for Tanya)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried resetting/refreshing your phone (network setting) to start off on a fresh slate? This has helped me in the past.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
