if it is esim, just download the app to new cell...log in to your account to buy the esim for your account.

No it’s not like that I have a normal sim in my iPhone 12 now and I want to transfer my plan to the new iPhone 17 I got but the new phone doesn’t have SIM card it changes it to an eSIM and it says to contact the provider how do I do that

yes, then you will install the PM app on the new iPhone, login the App, go to Account, click Purchase Sim card and buy eSIM there
