      <title>Plan not activating.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am so confused and aggravated. I recently lost my credit card and was issued a new on. Public Mobile suspended my account. I tried to send my payment with my new CC and they have taken the payment. I have a receipt. I was asked for my phone number which I provided and as I do not need a new number, I just used the same number I have had for 3 years. What should I do? This is so frustrating. I keep going round and round and round circles.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
