      <description>&lt;P&gt;The PM app should have checked first before you can buy eSIM.&amp;nbsp; If you can buy, your phone should support.&amp;nbsp; Ask PM to check and help firstz or refind and help to change back to physical sim if needed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
