      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Depending where he is, public mobile only works in Canada the US and Mexico. You can only buy US addon minutes/data. There are no Mexico addons. If he's outside one of these countries, his phone will not work at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
