      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to to make or receive phone calls and have no internet. I turn off and on my cellular plan, and restarted my phone. Same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions how to fix the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please dial 611 on your phone and check the status of your account. Is it paid up?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, what phone are you using? Could it be a 3G problem since 3G is being slowly removed from public mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a network reset on your phone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Data and text still work even when 3G is shut down… it only affects talk.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
