      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got charged twice of the amount in my account. I tried to submit a ticket for my concern and no one followed. I was charged $38.08. Can I get a refund or just use it for my next due month?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Any overcharge will remain as credit to pay your next month’s bill.&lt;BR /&gt;But where did you see the overcharge? On your CC statement as posted charges and not pending charges.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
