Hello.

First, loyalty means nothing to public mobile.

If your regular plan is $30 and it's asking you for $39, that could be an error. Since you can log into your account, I'd suggest clicking on the chatbot in the bottom right corner of this page and create a ticket. Get a csa to look into why it's $39.

Often complaints are made the chatbot doesn't always work so here's the direct link to a csa only to be use if the chatbot doesn't work.

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

My credit card expired and I missed my payment. Got the below error message when I login in:

Error Message: Your services are on hold due to the expiration of your subscription. If your services are on hold for more than 90 days, your account will be closed permanently and you'll lose your phone number Pay Now and Resume Services

When I click on 'Pay Now and Resume Services', the payment amount changed from $30 to $39. Also, it shows the below disclaimer:

Disclaimer: The change will take effect immediately. Please note that we cannot offer a refund or credit for any unused portion of the subscription, and your current promotions will no longer be valid.

How can I continue my existing plan at the same payment amount ($30)? I have been a loyal customer of Public Mobile and would be happy to continue if my current plan and the payment amount stays the same. Otherwise, I would have to look for alternatives.
