Can I transfer my phone number from public mobile to another service provider? I really like public mobile but I require wifi calling.

I moved several months ago into a dead zone. I have to travel several minutes down the road to get cell service. This is not ideal and public mobile doesn't offer wifi calling on its prepaid plans. Texts verification code accessibility to bank's. Doctors, government sites even public mobile itself. You can't access anything anymore without cell service I tried for 6 plus months lol

Thank you in advance
