      <description>&lt;P&gt;I attempted to port my Fido number to Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While my Fido SIM was temporarily removed, the porting authorization message was sent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, the response time expired before I could reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have since reinserted the Fido SIM and sent “YES,” but it seems the porting process did not complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please assist me in re-authorizing the port so that the process can be completed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much for your help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
