      <title>Refunding this new subscription and sim card</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My mom needed assistance with getting a new plan, I was not aware that my sister had started a plan for my mom previously through Public Mobile, and so I thought it was another provider. Thus, I started a new account with this plan:&lt;BR /&gt;$20/mo&lt;BR /&gt;4g speed&lt;BR /&gt;1gb&lt;BR /&gt;unlimited call/text&lt;BR /&gt;and got a new sim card ($10) on the way.&lt;BR /&gt;and when I found out she had public mobile, all I needed to do was to swap plans. so I wouldn't be needing the subscription or sim card for this account.&lt;BR /&gt;How can I get help refunding all this (33.90)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P.S. if this isn't where I get customer support, could someone guide me the way? I tried the chatbox and it's and endless cycle of logging in and telling me to try contacting the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Customer Support Agents by logging in and using my username, which I have no idea if its the same name as the one I put here. It also couldn't give me a number to contact.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Refunds could take weeks to process and they're more apt to agree to the credit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
