I cannot call a specific CTExel number. All other calls work normally.

This CTExel number can receive other people's calls normally.

This CTExel number can call me normally.

Could you please help?

are you referring to their 877 number ? If so, you need Customer Support to help you with that. Click the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start the process.
