Does public mobile have any add ons or plans that I can add to support a kids smart watch for gps, calling, text and data? The watch would also require a physical nano Sim card.

Hello.

Simple answer is no. The only real option you have is to add your watch to your bluetooth to your phone for it to work. But of course you have to be within distance.

only if the smartwatch support nano sim card. But you have to check if the watch has the correct network band. Usually data is ok, but likely not voice

and no, none of the Apple Watch, Samsung or Pixel watch eSIM will work on PM network
