      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m trying to switch to the lowest possible package (appears to be $20/month with 1gb data, unlimited talk and text). I have dual sim and will be using my company paid data moving forward so no longer need a more expensive plan for my personal line.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This isn’t showing up as an option for me despite being on the website. How do I switch??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can only downgrade to the plans that's in your account.&amp;nbsp; So whatever the lowest you see, that's what you can get.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your Account does not qualify for that $20/1gb.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can switch to the lowest now, and maybe in a few weeks or month, other lower plans will become available.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use change o renewal if you decide to switch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
