      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to help my friend cancel her subscription... not mine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My friend came from the United States and we tried to set her up with public mobile and transfer her number but you can't use a US number.&amp;nbsp; We used my credit card to pay for it but then realized it won't work.&amp;nbsp; She doesn't want a Canadian number so we would like to cancel it and get a refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
