I can send and receive all texts but I can't receive a text in a group chat where there are android and iphone users. I have an iphone. I can send messages but not receive them in a mixed android iphone chat. I can send and receive all messages in an iphone only group chat.

Try Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings

If that does not solve the problem, toggle on RCS and Send as SMS. If already enabled, disable both first, reboot phone and turn them on again

How many members are on your group text? PM maximum is 20 members.
