    <description>&lt;P&gt;Strange, I don't see how that is possible.&amp;nbsp; I redeemed times when it was 15 points and that has never happened to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Refresh the page and check again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you sure you didn't do it twice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
