Hi There,

Last month I referred a friend and she activated an account, but I only received 1 point. We suppose that both of us to receive $10.

Yesterday I referred another person. When should I see the dollars for this referral?

Could you please assist with that.

Hi, you misunderstood the Rewards.

Yes, you are supposed to receive 1 point for each person you refer. Great job.

The person you refer is the only one who gets the 1x $10.

You will see your 1 point for yesterday when your renewal date whenever day that is.

if your just referred a friend, the point won't be added immediately. Points will be added the day before your renewal. So, when is your next renewal?

But for your friend, he will see the $10 credit within 72 hours on the account

I noticed that it wasn't previously mentioned by others so I should also clarify that the $1 referral point accumulates on a monthly basis for as long as your friend remains with Public Mobile.
