Good day everyone,

I just got the Galaxy note 20 5g. The mobile data connectivity is awful on this phone! it disconnects everywhere. even when i get in my car it goes off. when i walk in a budling or the house, it goes off. i have to restart phone and/or mobile data all the time. is this an issue that is common with these phones with the public mobile network? is this a samsung issue with this phone? i read somewhere that people are manually writing the APN settings. can anyone help me get the correct APN information (if this is the way to fix this problem) so I can try this. Will greatly appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

hi @Galaxynote20

both Note 9 and Note 20 works on PM's network. It is just that Note 20 might not work well on PM's 5G network, but it has no problem with the LTE/4G network (Note 9 does not have 5G itself, so it uses LTE/4G)

Again, the network issue usually would be cleared up with a click on Reset Network Settings or with updating the APN settings. If you still have trouble with your data at your particular location, it could then be a local network issue, but test with your Note 9 as well (and make sure you Reset Network settings and update APN there too), and test in different area
