      <description>&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile has closed my account due to me changing provider today, so I can't login there anymore. I want the money I prep-paid on Nov 13, 2025 refunded for the services not delivered on Nov 15, 2025. Thereafter, I want my CC removed from Public Mobile's system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I will immediately file a dispute with my CC company, and complaints with the CRTC, CCTS, and the Office de la protection du consummateur for services not delivered.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I want to open a ticket to formally request a refund for the services not delivered in good faith.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It was not early in the cycle, the cycle had not begun as my telephone service stopped as of the rollover date (as if it had not been paid -- but I had prepaid two days earlier -- therefore I'm entitled to a refund by law.
