      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently switched my plan from Canada-wide to Province-wide calls but cannot receive or make any calls at the moment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, it says active. I removed the texting option but data seems to work just fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try removing the sim and rebooting your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work, it might be something in the backend.
