      <title>Charged twice</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was charged on my set autopay date but for some reason it wasn’t applied to my account and my service was cut off. I had to log in and pay a second time within the same month. Can one of these payments be refunded?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They are not as it seems the funds charged from my CC on my auto renewal date was not applied to my account for some reason and I only knew this after logging into my account after my service was cut off. I then made a manual payment to get my service working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
