My voice mail is in French. I need it in English. Not getting voicemail as I can't understand French.

Hello

To change your Public Mobile voicemail to English, dial your voicemail, enter your password, and press 4 for personal options, then 4 for preferences, then 5 for language, and finally 1 for English.

Press and hold 1 in your dialer and it'll dial out to your voicemail.

It'll then ask for a password here so type in your phone number. (that's the reset password)

in the main menu. So press 4.
Another kind of recording will play then press 4 again
Another kind of recording will play then press 5 this time
You'll probably hear English now so press 1
Hang up.

Hold the 1 key on your pjone to get to voicemail.

Then in those oder, press these numbers.

4, wait, 4 wait, 5 wait, 1. Wait then hang up, call again and see if it changed.
